About us

By Jenny

I had enough.

I don’t know what about you, but for me — at some point, I had enough. And I decided not to let it continue that way.

It didn’t seem fair to spend the rest of my life like that.

And even though each one of us has our own abilities and strengths — we all have the same basic rights.

You, like any human being, have the right to sleep peacefully through the night — without waking up from nightmares, without spending hours and hours just to fall asleep.

That’s frustrating.

A nonstop stream of panic attacks — with no available solution, with no end or hope in sight - you don’t deserve it.

When you feel so overwhelmed and don’t know where to run.

Outbursts of anger.
Emotional overload.
Depressive episodes.
Dissociation - the kind that makes you feel disconnected from your body or the kind that pulls you away from reality..

The persistent challenge of staying seated, of focusing — for ten? five minutes?

All of these, and more, are not just difficulties. They’re not just challenges.

They are things that have prevented me from simply be happy.

This wasn’t a way to live, this is not a life worth living.

With what little energy I had…

These things were heavy. And exhausting

But with what little energy I had, I started searching — not for a miracle — just for help.

Things that would actually helped me breathe again.

Because sometimes, you feel paralyzed from the inside — for no visible reason.

Therapy wasn’t enough.

Don’t get me wrong, for me and probably for you too — therapy is the biggest tool we have.

But it wasn’t enough.

It felt incomplete.

In moments of being overwhelmed, I needed something physical to hold in my hand, something tangible that would help right now!

So I searched.

Like many people — I searched.

Not for quotes. Not for dreams.

I searched for something that would help me in moments of panic, or moments of disconnect.

Something that would feel like a patch.

Like emotional first aid.

Of course friends helped.

Of course family helped. That’s a privilege.

But if you don’t have them?

And even if you do — sometimes that’s not enough.

I’m not against therapy.

I’m not against medication.

I’ve used both and I still am.

But I needed something I could feel.

Something physical.

Something that helps — now.

What helped me.

I came across so many things.

Some looked good.

Some made promises.

But only a few things really helped.

And among them — some physical tools.

Simple. But real.

The small things that helped me stop spiraling.

Helped me focus.

Helped me fall asleep.

Helped me breathe again.

Helped me come back to myself.

That’s why Ripuy exists.

This is why I created Ripuy.

To bring these tools to others.

Not just tools that feel good — but ones that are backed by science.

Ones that are real.

Ones that get updated constantly — based on research, on feedback, on experience.

Because this is not about a trend.

This is about your brain.

This is about your mind.

Our Vision.

The vision behind Ripuy is simple:

To gather the most clinically supported, research-backed, and truly helpful tools — all in one place.
